RETURN POLICY

WARRANTY FOR SHRUBS AND TREES:
Full replacement within 90 days of purchase. 50% replacement offered after 90 days up to 1 year after purchase. The original register receipt and picture of plant are required. We do not keep copies of receipts and credit card statements will not be accepted.

Trees and shrubs must be planted in the ground to be covered under warranty.

If the customer does not wish to replace the tree or shrub at that time, a store credit will be given for future use. No money will be given back. New delivery fees will apply.

Guarantee DOES NOT apply to annuals, perennials, ornamental grasses, pond plants, or houseplants. There are no replacements on replacements. Guarantee applies to retail customers ONLY. Sale or discounted items do not have a warranty.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Unplanted trees and shrubs must be returned within 1 week of purchase and in sellable condition for a refund. Any planted nursery stock is non-returnable for exchange or refund. All returns and exchanges must be OK'd by a LVHGC authorized nursery salesperson.

We gladly refund any non-preishable store merchandise (excluding plants) within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are in sellable condition and returned with the original itemized receipt. We do not keep copies of transactions, refunds will be added to the original form of payment. Sale items are returnable; clearance and special-order items are final sale. Credit card statements are not accepted.
